How much does shipping cost?
Within Switzerland: up to 2 kg CHF 8.70, 2–3 kg CHF 11.50, 3–5 kg CHF 12.50. Orders of CHF 200 or more ship free.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery date is set in the quote or, by prior agreement, in the order confirmation.
Can I pick up my order in Orpund?
Yes, but only by prior arrangement. Send an email to info@padelmarkt.ch or a WhatsApp message to +41 78 322 86 26 and we will agree on a time. Address: Schulhausstrasse 31, 2552 Orpund.
Do you ship outside Switzerland?
No, we currently deliver within Switzerland only.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with TWINT, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.
Which padel racket should I choose?
Round rackets have the sweet spot in the centre and are forgiving – ideal for beginners and control players. Teardrop rackets are all-rounders between control and power. Diamond rackets are head-heavy and give maximum power, mainly for advanced, attacking players. Beginners do best with a soft core. See all models under Padel rackets.
Which balls are official for SUIPA tournaments?
Babolat Ace and Babolat Court are official tournament balls of SUIPA (Swiss Padel Association). Find them under Padel balls.
Do you build padel courts?
Yes. Together with our partners we plan and build padel courts in Switzerland, from planning and foundations to installation and roofing. More at Padel court construction.
Do you offer solutions for padel clubs?
Yes: club automation with Playtomic integration (access, lighting and heating via app) and Tenniix AI ball machines for clubs.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. The Padel Markt gift card comes in any amount, can be redeemed online and has no expiry date.
